I highly recommend Dr. Laura Castro. She came to see my son first thing in the morning after he unexpectedly vomited during the night, most likely due to the extreme heat and spending too much time in the sun.

I can’t say enough about how incredible this experience was. I’m a nutritional scientist visiting Barcelona and staying at Soho House, and I became seriously ill. Within 45 minutes, a doctor came directly to my room, performed a thorough examination, and arranged for me to go to the hospital.
When I arrived, everyone already knew exactly who I was and why I was there. Within just a few hours, I had been fully evaluated, received IV fluids, medications, and outstanding care. The doctor even gave me his personal cell phone number and checked on me throughout the night and again the next morning.
What impressed me most wasn’t just how fast everything happened—it was how genuinely caring everyone was. I felt like a person, not a patient. Every doctor, nurse, and staff member treated me with kindness, compassion, and professionalism.
I only wish healthcare in the United States worked this way. This was one of the finest medical experiences I’ve ever had anywhere in the world. It gave me tremendous peace of mind and made me feel completely safe traveling in Barcelona. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of me. I will never forget it. Dr Charles Platkin, PhD

Dr. Stephani arrived right on time and was incredibly kind and attentive. She did a thorough examination and literally saved me before a long flight. I don't know what I would have done without her. Highly recommend!

After an unfortunate case of having ear pain after my flight to Barcelona while congested, it was very easy to make an appointment with Medvisit, the rate is fixed which I found very helpful, I was able to choose the time that worked for me and Dr. Salvatierra was very kind, answered all of my questions, and gave thorough explanation of what was going on and what I needed to do to get better.
