We had an excellent experience with Dr. Augusto Perez. He took the time to thoroughly evaluate our child, explained everything clearly, and made us feel confident throughout the entire visit. He was incredibly caring, compassionate, and empathetic, not only toward our child but also toward us as parents. We never felt rushed, and he answered all of our questions with patience and professionalism. His thoughtful approach and genuine concern made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. We are very grateful for the excellent care he provided and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate physician.

Die Ärztin Stephani war sehr freundlich und kompetent und konnte mir auf dem Hotelzimmer direkt helfen. Sie spricht sehr gut englisch und ich kann es nur jedem Touristen weiterempfehlen.

Highly recommend. Great service. We booked online and the doctor was at our hotel in Barcelona in an hour. Stephani spoke English and was to provide a diagnosis and medication. We needed a follow up appointment but had moved onto Rome and ended up spending several hours in 2 different hospitals just to see someone. Shame the service wasn’t in Italy as well!

Dr Angela was quick and efficient. She was very friendly , spoke great English and timely. .

I had fallen sick a few days before I was set to travel back to the States. I knew I needed antibiotics and to see a doctor. After reading the great reviews I decided to use their medical advice. I’m so glad I did and I was so relieved! The doctor was great and made the appointment for an hour after I booked. She came directly to my hotel and was super sweet and empathetic. Don’t hesitate to use them-great piece of mind and great service. Wish every country had this!
