Abends einen Arzt in Lissabon bestellt aufgrund der guten Bewertungen. Allerdings kam kein Arzt zum Hotel, trotz Emailbestätigung. Keine Absage, kein Nachricht. Das war leider sehr schlecht und ärgerlich. UPDATE: Wir bekamen von Medvisit am nächsten Morgen eine Antwort , dass es wohl Probleme mit der Interentseite gab und daher der Arzt nicht informiert wurde. Es wurde sich mehrfach entschuldigt. Man erstattete uns die kompletten Kosten zurück und wir hätten direkt einen Arzt kostenlos geschickt bekommen können. Da hatten wir aber schon einen anderen Arzt kontaktiert. Es war sehr ärgerlich, aber es wurde mit dem Fehler sehr offen und gut umgegangen. Daher die Änderung der Bewertung

We had an excellent experience with Dr. Augusto Perez. He took the time to thoroughly evaluate our child, explained everything clearly, and made us feel confident throughout the entire visit. He was incredibly caring, compassionate, and empathetic, not only toward our child but also toward us as parents. We never felt rushed, and he answered all of our questions with patience and professionalism. His thoughtful approach and genuine concern made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. We are very grateful for the excellent care he provided and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate physician.
